True Signs He Loves You

Wouldn’t it be great to be able tell if a man truly loves you just by observing his behaviour? Learning to recognise the signs a man gives off when deeply in love is not easy to do but it can be done!

Maybe you have noticed small changes in your man's behaviour. Does he say things he has never said before? Perhaps he is starting to act a little differently around you, and not in a negative way. Well, maybe it's because he loves you!

Most men are very action motivated and they don't express their feelings verbally. Whether it is intentional or not, often you are left to try and figure out his true feelings on your own. There's nothing wrong with that however, so long as the guessing game doesn’t go on forever and he tells you how he feels at the right time.

You may have heard others say that it takes time for men to love their women. That's true to an extent, but there are no strict guidelines. Love doesn't hold any boundaries, it can come out of the blue when you least expect it or it can creep up over time. The strong emotion of love normally takes some time to develop however, and it is easy to get it confused with infatuation or lust. If you've been with him for only few months (or less!), then it’s more than likely he's infatuated with you rather than in love.

Determining the difference between love and infatuation is not always straight forward. Love is a powerful emotion that often develops as a result of a complete bond that exists on a cerebral, emotional and physical level. Infatuation or lust on the other hand may only have one or two of these elements and often doesn’t stand the test of time. If your man is in lust, he may feel like he loves you, but he only cares deeply for you. When a man really loves a woman, he'll do anything for her.

Signs he loves you deeply:

1. His body language. If you haven't noticed his body language, pay more attention to it. He'll begin to walk with poise and wrap his arms around you. I know men do this when they don't love a woman, but he'll do it more often if the feelings are there.

2. His smile. He'll look at you with a big grin and the look in his eyes will change. The eyes do all the communicating for you. His facial expression won't go away quickly. Gaze into his eyes and you'll know what I'm talking about.

3. Expressiveness. If he's the calm type, he'll become more hyperactive around you. I've noticed this in my boyfriend. You'll see this sign if you look closely. Men aren't hard to read, you just have to take the time to read them.

4. Talking about the future. This sign is a dead giveaway that a man truly loves you! If your man starts talking about the future, and he refers to you as being part of it, this is a safe bet he is very much in love. Perhaps he starts bringing up in conversation a vacation the two of you should go on next year. He might say things like “When I get this new job, things will be so much better for us”. If you feature in his future plans, then he is taking you very seriously indeed!
